Stop out this year to “Bairs Corvette’s ” in Linesville,PA for there Annual Car Crusie in. This show boast on a average of 400+ car during the day.

While at the show take your time and walk around to all the different vendors and displays. Also, take a tour of Yogi’s Toy Chest one block over to see all the wonderful cars on display.

Make sure you also stop by and see the “Three Kings ” on display. the 2006 Z06 / 2010 ZR-1 / 1967 BIG BLOCK

Don’t forget that the PINK VETTE will be on display and donations will be accepted to sign the car with all proceeds to benefit the Yolanda G. Barco Oncology Institute located in Meadville, Pennsylvania.

Stop out to Greenwood Hubbard Chevrolet on May 12th @ 1:00pm for our Annual Corvette Car Clinic. At the clinic you will see all the different product used to keep your Corvette in top shape.

The 17th annual display of Corvettes and Jaguars on the grounds of Linden Hall Resort, Dawson, Pa. Over 100 cars will be judged for best of the decade awards in six classes. Dash plaques, awards, 50/50 and more. Show theme: In remembrance of D-day. Collection to send packages to our troops serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. Registration from 10 a.m. to Noon. Great location, great food, great fun.

 I wanted to thank everyone who helped with the Corvette Show today. Because of the efforts of all the members and Mike from the Lube, we ran a very successful show. It was a beautiful day, and wow what a turn out. We had 200 cars. We received many compliments from other clubs as to how all of us work together, we should be very proud. We had over 20 members present.

This is a reminder of the Car Show @ the Lube in Sharon, Pa, This Sunday the 29th. The SVCC will be helping with this show. If you have signed up to help, we will be meeting between 8am And 9am at the lube to get set up. If you didn’t sign up and want to help please come on out and help. Hopefully we won’t have any snow!!! Hope to see you there. This is always a nice show as long as the weather is decent.

Recently SVCC club member Ken Jelley received a email from the National Corvette Museum Congratulating him for being chosen to have his 1966 Corvette put on display.

This month Club Members Ken Jelley and Jeanne McMillion loaded up the car and delivered it to the Museum. While at the Museum they were treated to a special tour of the museum, where along the tour they ran into our friend Wendel Strode.

Also, while at the museum Ken and Jeanne got the chance to view the SVCC display that was organized by Ken late last year.

If you get the chance to stop down at the museum this Summer, please take the time to check out the and car and the SVCC display.

Thanks again to everyone who helped in any way with SVCC Classic Dance and Auction. It was a GREAT success, with 432 people attending! Please remember to send lists of all businesses who donated items for the auction, so that our secretary can send out thank you letters. It certainly takes everyone in the club to make our events a success, this is one example of our collaborations!
